Located in the center of the Chengdu high-tech development zone with a total construction area of 360k square meters including two grade A office buildings, a 4 star hotel, and a high-end boutique retail podium.
TM Design decided to redesign the podium form and sequence, introduce natural light, amplify the commercial retail atmosphere and integrate a new architectural and interior concept.
The result is a truly cohesive architecture language that injects real vitality into this new business and leisure destination.

一田在分析现有外立面问题的基础上，通过改变裙楼立面外形和节奏、引入天光、增加商业氛围、统一建筑和室内设计语言，强调主题和代入感。
最终打造出的地标之地，运用具有凝聚力的设计将真正的生命力注入到这个新的商务和休闲目的地中。
