Located in Beijing’s core district, this development forms part of the local horizon from its position along the Express Way.
TM Design meticulously analysed the site, the local needs, desired ambitions, and potential future use to comprehensively understand the project aims. We implemented a “quick” approach to the Street side, without affecting the existing structure, and applied louvers and glass fins to fashion a modern, sleek, and eye-catching facade. We took advantage of the precincts original retail character by using a more human scale design and a media mesh facade to further stimulate pedestrian interaction.
Finally,
TM Design maximized the merit of the “inner courtyard” with a sunken plaza that connects each building, the underground parking, and improves the value of the B1 retail customer’s experience. We have focused on building and promoting the brand experience for our client.
项目位于北京咽喉位置，改造后将作为北京的重要城市展示面。一田通过分析基地、动线和未来使用人群，定位了建筑不同立面的个性和功能。
在沿街高速路部分采用了“快”主题，在不涉及原有结构的条件下升级其造型，利用简洁的铝格栅外包结合玻璃肋渐变的手法，打造了流畅极富肌理感的立面造型；而沿步行街立面，一田采用了更加人视角的模具和多媒体网架材料，充分营造商业氛围的同时，令建筑与行人能够互动和交流。
最后在本项目的最大特色–内庭院里，一田通过打造下沉广场的方式，不仅串联了所有建筑、交通和功能区，并且大大提升了地下商业价值和终端使用者的体验感。一田设计的核心目标是为业主树立和提升品牌价值。
